What information Docketbeat handles
The site and its hosting services may process technical details such as your IP address, browser or device information, and the pages or requests you make. They help deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. Sign-in uses a cookie to keep your session, and your browser may store preferences such as the selected theme.
Meta Pixel can receive a page-view event, a signup event after account creation, and a purchase event after payment is confirmed. When the Polsia page beacon is configured, it saves a random visitor ID in local storage and sends a page-visit event. Docketbeat does not currently show a consent banner or a single opt-out control for these analytics events. Browser and provider settings may limit cookies or similar storage, but blocking storage may affect sign-in and does not necessarily stop every analytics request.
Creating an account asks for your name, email address, and password. Docketbeat also handles account and sign-in records, such as account dates and session details. A session may include an IP address and browser user agent when available. Your account settings can include your plan, alert schedule, and timezone.
The free preview form collects your email address for the waitlist. Docketbeat stores the signup, registers the address with its email service, and sends a confirmation email. Docketbeat can use the address to contact you about preview availability. The form does not ask for card details.
If you request access to a county source, Docketbeat stores the county and state, a browser identifier, the request status and timing, and any name or email you choose to provide. The request goes to the Docketbeat company inbox for follow-up; it is not sent directly to the county.
The current free preview is an email waitlist and says no card is required. Account upgrades use Stripe-hosted checkout for monthly plans, and the app's checkout flow does not set a trial period. The app does not confirm whether a separate card-required trial is available, who could use one, how long it would last, or when a first charge would occur.
Stripe's hosted page collects payment details. The app records a checkout session reference, selected plan, and (for an account upgrade) the signed-in account link. The billing service returns payment confirmation and may return the buyer's email so Docketbeat can match a completed payment to plan access. Docketbeat's app database does not store full card numbers.
The current property and outreach screens use sample records bundled with the app. Their owner names, contact fields, timelines, values, and comparable sales are demonstration data; these screens do not currently retrieve live county or property records. When a public-record source is connected, the product may handle parcel identifiers, addresses, filings and timeline details, ownership context, and available owner contact fields to show property signals and prepare outreach drafts. Source records may be incomplete or out of date.
The current watchlist saves sample property pins, notes, and alert choices in local storage in your browser. Removing an item or clearing that browser storage removes those local entries. For draft generations linked to a sample property, the account's outreach history records the property reference, trigger, any notes submitted with an AI-variant request, and the generation time. A history entry does not mean a letter was sent.
When the outreach composer generates AI-written variants, it sends the trigger, address, owner name, and notes you entered to the Polsia AI service to produce draft wording. You can review, edit, or copy the result. Docketbeat does not send the outreach for you.

- • Present property information and support searches, watchlists, alerts, and draft outreach; live public-record signals are not connected in the current screens.
- • Run the free-preview waitlist, respond to county access requests, and answer support questions.
- • Start hosted checkout, confirm payments, and match a paid plan to an account.
- • Send waitlist confirmations and preview updates, requested password resets, and account follow-up emails.
- • Understand site visits and whether people reach signup or payment steps.

Controls and requests
- • Change your alert schedule and timezone in account settings. Remove watchlist items in the app or clear them from your browser storage.
- • Use browser or provider controls to manage cookies and similar storage. Blocking storage can affect sign-in and preferences, and may not stop every analytics request.
- Email docketbeat@polsia.app to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information linked to your account, waitlist entry, or request, or to ask us to stop non-essential email. The app does not currently offer self-service account deletion, waitlist removal, or a marketing opt-out control.
Contacting us lets us review a request; this notice does not promise a particular process, deadline, or outcome.
