What information may come to Docketbeat
When you visit a page, the site may receive ordinary page-visit and device information used for security, troubleshooting, and marketing measurement. When configured, the Polsia page beacon creates a polsia_vid value in browser local storage. The site also initializes Meta Pixel and may record PageView, signup Lead, and verified-payment Purchase events.
Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage browser or device storage settings and use controls offered by the relevant providers. Docketbeat does not currently promise a consent banner or a universal opt-out mechanism.
Creating an account may provide your name, email address, password credential, account timestamps, and authentication or session security data supplied by better-auth. A session can include an IP address and user agent when available. Account settings and activity can include your plan tier, digest cadence, timezone, and relevant activity timestamps.
The free preview or waitlist collects an email address. A county access request may include county and state context plus an optional name and email; those requests are emailed to the company inbox.
The product brief contemplates a 7-day card-required trial, but that flow is not currently implemented or advertised in the checked-in product. The public preview currently says no card is required, paid plans are monthly, and the checkout flow does not pass a trial duration.
Where paid checkout is enabled, Docketbeat uses hosted Stripe checkout. Full card details are handled by the hosted payment processor rather than stored in the app. Docketbeat stores the pending checkout or session mapping, tier and user reconciliation data, and payment-event or verification fields needed to activate access. We do not state a first-charge date, cancellation terms, refund terms, or payment-data retention for the contemplated trial until the owner confirms them.
Docketbeat works with public-record property information such as parcel addresses, filing and timeline details, ownership or public-record context, and owner contact fields when available. It uses these data to search, rank, and show property profiles and to prepare outreach drafts. A profile is not a promise that a record is complete or current, and it is not an instruction to contact any person.
In the product, you may create watchlist pins, choose alert settings, and save notes. Docketbeat may retain generated-letter history, trigger and parcel identifiers, timestamps, and free-text notes connected with that work.
When you ask for variants, the route sends trigger, address, owner-name, and notes inputs through the installed Polsia AI proxy. The result is an editable draft; Docketbeat does not auto-send the outreach. You are responsible for checking facts and honoring applicable opt-outs and contact rules before using a draft.
